1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.

2. Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, we will inspect the issue and notify you of the status of your refund. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at dhcloudkitchen@gmail.com.
