Terms & Conditions
- Profile Setup: After login fill up all sections like Whatsapp Number, Calling Number, Location Url, Address Details & upload outer image of Home, Office, Apartment etc...It's mandatory.
- Booking Timing: Breakfast & Lunch booking should be made before 10:30 PM on the previous day and Dinner booking before 10 AM on the delivery day. After this, booking not possible in app. Then you may inquire via WhatsApp about manually booking. But it depends upon availability & time.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made by the respective booking timing mentioned above. No refunds will be issued after this time. Any changes to the order should be made within the cancellation time. After time over you can choose Cancel Delivery option, if you are not available to receive the food.
- Subscription Policy: Subscription packages should be activated before 8 PM on the previous day of the delivery start date. Automatically, orders will be placed at 9 PM every day for the next day for subscription users. If a user wants to change from Veg to Non-Veg or vice versa, then the user has to cancel the automatically placed order first and then order as per their wish. Ensure a minimum of ₹100 or ₹150 should be in your wallet balance to complete the procedure. No extra amount will be deducted for this. The edit or cancel option will be available according to the booking time. Users can add alacarte items to automatically placed orders using the edit option.
- Payment: Before booking any order you need to add money to your wallet. Minimum payment required to start booking is ₹500. Every time when you recharge your wallet, amount should be minimum ₹500. When you doing your last booking from our cloud kitchen, then you can recharge as it needs means below ₹500.
- Delivery Charges: An extra ₹10 delivery charge applies per meal/breakfast for occasional orders. No extra charge for ordering a minimum of 3 days in a week or 12 days in a month. This charge is not applicable to subscription users & users which location is already chargeable.
- Free Delivery: Within 5km radius delivery charges free. Beyond this delivery charges applicable and depends upon area & quantity.
- Delivery Instructions: Delivery persons are not allowed to go upstairs in apartments or offices. Recipients must come downstairs to receive the food or inform the security guard to receive.
- Delay Delivery: Deliveries may experience delays of 30-45 minutes from actual time due to various reasons, especially during heavy summer, rain, marriage seasons or ministerial events. Your cooperation is appreciated.
- Delivery Timing:
Breakfast: 7am to 9am
Lunch: 11am to 1.30pm
Dinner: 7pm to 9.30pm
- 1. Call to delivery persons are not allowed. If any issues related deilvery, contact the admin via WhatsApp.
- 2. Only Breakfast not allowed. You have to clubbed it with Lunch or Dinner.
- 3. Menu may be changed in last moment, if material not available in market & shortage of staff.
- 4. Delivery may be cancelled in last moment, if there is any big issue in kitchen. In that case all customers will be notified & payment will be returned.
- 5. Subscription validity will be extended for the number of days the kitchen remains closed.
- 6. You can take monthly subscription in any day of the month.
- 7. There is no pause option in monthly subscription.
- 8. Customized Lunch or Dinner amount should be ₹100 or above.
- 9. After order place if your wallet is in negative balance then clear it immediately, otherwise that order can't be processed.
- 10. If monthly subscriber select Costomized Lunch or Dinner or Diet Meal except predefined meal, then cancellation charge will be applicable. This rule not applicable only for Spl. Veg Meal or Spl. Non-Veg Meal.
- 11. Monthly subscribers have to pay difference amount for Biryani, Mutton & Prawn Meal. If any subscriber not agree for this extra charge, he can request to complete refund for that meal after cancellation.
- 12. Roti/Paratha should be minimum 2 pcs in a Lunch/Dinner order.
- 13. If you can't consume the quantity provided in a meal like Rice, Roti, Bhaji etc... or have any dislike to a dish, then you can edit or remove the quantity before check out. No refund will be issued in that case. Just not to waste food.
- 14. You can take option of substitute item for any dislike item in a meal with some extra charge. When you untick that dislike item, you will get option for substitute items, if option is there for that item.
- 15. After checkout if you want to edit that order, you can only edit location change, packaging type, alacarte items add or remove & quantity change of alacarte items. So before checkout verify thoroughly about selection of substitute item and quantity of items of the predefined meal. Otherwise you have to cancel that order & again place new order correctly.
- 16. Complete edit option only available for subscription users only for automaticaly placed order.
- 17. After checkout, "My order page" automatically opens. You have to thoroughly check all your ordered items to ensure the quantities and prices are correct. If there are any mistakes or errors, then cancel and reorder it, or contact us immediately through WhatsApp. Otherwise, management will not be responsible.
- 18. In packaging options, keep the regular package as the default. If you require the 2/3 CP or 5 CP packaging option, contact the admin first to discuss.
- 19. Once your account verified, if you want to edit or add the locations, first inform to the admin & discuss.
